We are proud to share that Lucy Malone and Joseph Requadt, now seventh-grade students, each won second place in the United States District Court’s Art and Poetry Competition for entries they completed while in sixth grade!

Alpine Elementary also had the special honor of welcoming Judge Camille Bibles, who presented Lucy and Joseph with their awards in front of our school. Judge Bibles shared an inspiring message about growing up in a small town and reminded our students that they can dream big, work hard, and accomplish great things—no matter where they come from.

We are incredibly proud of Lucy and Joseph for sharing their creativity and representing Alpine Elementary so well. Congratulations!
